What this site is
The Buy Back Program is a marketing program that connects vehicle owners with participating automotive dealerships interested in buying their vehicles. We don't buy vehicles ourselves, and we don't make credit decisions or arrange financing.
Appraisals and offers
Nothing on this site — including your Buyback Certificate — is an offer to buy your vehicle or a statement of its value. A Buyback Certificate reserves an appraisal with the dealership. Any purchase offer is made by the dealership after an in-person inspection and depends on your vehicle's condition, mileage, equipment, history and market demand. You are never obligated to sell your vehicle or to buy another one.
Financing
Any financing for a vehicle you may choose at the dealership is provided by third-party lenders through the dealership; approval, rates, down payment and terms depend on your complete credit application, verification of the information you provide, the vehicle you choose and each lender's criteria. Not everyone will qualify. Statements such as "a similar or lower monthly payment" describe what is sometimes possible, not a promise. Nothing on this site is an offer of credit.
Your information
You agree that the information you submit is accurate and is your own. How we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy.
Invitation Codes
Invitations are personal and valid only for the dates of the dealership's event. Don't attempt to guess or use Invitation Codes that aren't yours; we may block access that looks automated or abusive.
No warranties
The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
